The Client

Al Habtoor Group operates in the UAE market and abroad. The company's hospitality division manages 14 world-class hotels, including the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. Other divisions include property management, car sales and leasing, education and publishing.

Business Goal

Providing visitors with a clear interactive building plan and as much detail as possible.Informing visitors about all the establishments, restaurants, shops, and the La Perle Aqua Theater.

With Urbi's state-of-the-art technologies, we created a realistic and true-to-scale 3D model of the structure.

Detailed 3D Model

Accurate reproduction of a 45-story building including all architectural details. This model is easily recognizable in Urbi products. The same model can be used in external products via SDK →.

Detailed plan for 14 floors

Plans for 14 floors in the commercial and administrative part of the building. Each floor displays companies located there, elevator accessibility, staircases, and restrooms.

La Perle Aqua Theater

We have separately worked out the layout of La Perle Aqua Theater, including stages and seats in the hall.
